For this project, we applied the Double Diamond design framework. The two diamonds represent a process of exploring an issue more widely or deeply (Divergent thinking) and then taking focused action (Convergent thinking)

Conducted competitors analysis on some of the current market direct competitors and some for design inspiration.

Our UX team has provided a persona which helped us to decide on what features are most important to this app.

I have started analysing the original wireframes which were provided by our UX teams to understand the flow of the app

Based on the research, I have started exploring different logo designs. For this I have defined brand adjectives which are Energetic, Friendly and Sociable. These are some of initial sketches

I finally converge into this design. The thinking behind the use of hot air balloon is to signify that a person with a high vantage point can clearly observe the places of interest with freedom. The hot air balloon show the free spirit, which indicated that a person can go where they wanted to go without any hassle
